🔥Here are our three tips to keeping your gut health in check while coming back as fit as a fiddle from vacation in a foreign land:

1️⃣Keep it simple:

Stick to clean proteins, vegetables, unmolested, grains, and fresh fruit you might find in a grocery store at home. Parasites, antibiotics, pesticides and preservatives are managed differently abroad, and usually much less restricted in Third World countries.

2️⃣ Learn a new exercise:

Rather than saying you’re going to work out in the hotel, gym and end up in there twice only, why not learn a local dance, exercise, combat sport, and or traditional movement consistent with the land you’re visiting. We recommended Grant here learn Muay Thai, while travelling to Bangkok, and he fell in love with it. He’s actually leaner than when he left.

3️⃣ Plan ahead:

Check in with your coach, and or nutritionist, have a fasting plan, limit your portions, and commit a bit of each day to health and fitness. The main reason Grant has lost 20 pounds and in the shape of his life before leaving is as a result of excellent planning. Why give that up when travelling we find most clients are happier when health on the itinerary.

👇 As per usual, we teach travel planning, meal planning, gut, health and effective exercise for one’s individual goals whether that be physical, mental, emotional, or internal gut related. if you’d like to see what the fuss is about, comment “I’m in,” and Mike will add you to our free trial, which includes comprehensive meal and exercise guidance through our award-winning app. Space is limited so comment and share this post to qualify. 36 of our clients on program are travelling abroad all over the world as we speak, and keeping their bods and minds tight .
