🤯Lets skip the motivational speech for a change and smack you in the face with reality. How’s that sound?
📆Pull out your calendar or print one off from the computer. Take a sharpie and mark off all the days in the last month that you had alcohol, ate out, enjoyed sweets or treats that you knew were bad for you, don’t forget the pop and don’t forget the sugar in your coffee. For most of you, that’s more than four X’s on the calendar. Most of you will lie right there and find a way to manipulate that calendar. The rest of you won’t even print this out just to ignoring the accountability all together. 2% of you will, and realize lack of progress is due to over abundance of indulgence. For men and women over 35 years old, you are not going to lose body fat deviating from a calorie deficit more than once per week. You just won’t.
🦄 So this one is for the unicorns in the room. The human race is fat, sick, and lazy as a result of capitalism. Before you feel bad, most mammals if you put unlimited food in front of them, they would be fat within three months. Just look at 1/3 of the dogs you see at the dog park And they’re enabling parents. The only way and I mean, only way to float a river and let loose the way I’m going to tomorrow is to fucking earn it.
