šŸ«£Without spending 1000 words, explaining the crippling additives, preservatives, antibiotics and toxins used to preserve and cook your cafeteria style mass produced camp food, Iā€™ll teach you how to make the best of it.

1ļøāƒ£Sodium:

Sodium is one of the worlds best electrolytes and crucial for blood flow, energy and metabolism function. Source is crucial. Thereā€™s good sodium and thereā€™s bad sodium. The good sodium is found in high-quality dryland salt such as Celtic or Himalayan. Toxic sodium is found in preservatives and or methods to keep your shelf food lasting a long time. When in camp, stay as far away as possible from sauces since your pre-cooked meats and carbohydrates are already loaded with shitty sodium.

2ļøāƒ£Trans fats and hydrogenated oils:

There are healthy fats for your brain, and there are toxic fats for your guts. Hereā€™s where those toxic fats are foundā€¦

 - Commercial baked goods, such as cakes, cookies and pies.

 - Shortening.

 - Microwave popcorn.

 - Frozen pizza.

 - Refrigerated dough, such as biscuits and rolls.

 - Fried foods, including french fries, doughnuts and fried chicken.

 - Nondairy coffee creamer.

 - Stick margarine.

āœ…Try as best as possible to get all your fats through meat, eggs, poultry, olive, avocado, or coconut oil, as well as any white or coloured fish. Ask what kind of oil they cook your food in. I bet you itā€™s sunflower or canola, which kills the human brain and gut biome every day.

3ļøāƒ£ Water:

Tell me, most of you camp guys are pretty knowledgable when it comes to filtration right? My brother is a power engineer so I hear about it all the time. Tell me, how is the water filtered from ground to pipe to your glass and shower? The body can fight off a ton of toxins, but chlorine and bromine are not among them. Tap water is full of hard metal and destructive chemicals. Bring a fucking Britta at minimum or stick to bottled only.ļæ¼

šŸ’Ŗ As per usual, this Canadian coach is looking out for our natural resources sector and itā€™s good hard-working men and women. Thank you for doing what you do on behalf of all Canadians.
